Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. This position requires a strong understanding of compliance frameworks, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to provide guidance on regulatory matters. Key Responsibilities: Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and interpret applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidelines to ensure the organization's compliance. Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures to address regulatory requirements. Risk Assessments: Conduct compliance risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance or vulnerability. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls. Compliance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish and maintain a robust compliance monitoring program to assess adherence to policies and procedures. Prepare regular compliance reports for management, highlighting areas of concern and recommended actions. Training and Education: Develop and deliver compliance training programs to educate employees on regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and internal policies. Foster a culture of compliance and awareness throughout the organization. Compliance Investigations: Conduct investigations into compliance-related issues, including internal complaints, breaches, or suspected violations. Document findings, recommend corrective actions, and ensure appropriate follow-up measures are implemented. Regulatory Reporting: Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure compliance with reporting obligations imposed by regulatory authorities. Compliance Audits: Coordinate and participate in internal and external compliance audits. Collaborate with auditors to provide necessary documentation, address findings, and implement recommended improvements. Regulatory Change Management: Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization. Coordinate the implementation of necessary changes to policies, procedures, and systems to maintain compliance.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CAMS or CCEP are advantageous. Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or in a similar role within the finance, banking, or insurance industry. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks, laws, and regulations. Knowledge of AML, KYC, and CFT requirements and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and manage compliance risks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with compliance monitoring tools and technologies. Experience in conducting compliance investigations and audits. Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
