Job Requirement: Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field. Strong knowledge of chemical principles, theories, and laboratory techniques. Proficiency in chemical analysis methods and instrumentation. Experience in using analytical instruments such as spectroscopy, chromatography, and microscopy. Knowledge of chemical process optimization and familiarity with process engineering principles. Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills. Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in scientific software and data analysis tools. Experience in a laboratory or industrial setting, preferably in a relevant industry such as manufacturing, research and development, or environmental engineering.
