Job Description: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position in Abu Dhabi, UAE, within the Business, Consulting, and Management industry, offers an exceptional opportunity for experienced finance professionals to provide strategic financial leadership and drive financial performance within an organization. As a CFO, you will work closely with the executive team to develop financial strategies, optimize resources, and ensure the organization's financial health and success. Key Responsibilities: Financial Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the organization's financial strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives. Provide financial insights and guidance to support strategic decision-making. Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the financial planning and forecasting processes. Develop comprehensive financial models, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Monitor and report on financial performance to key stakeholders. Capital Management: Manage the organization's capital structure and ensure efficient utilization of financial resources. Oversee cash flow management, liquidity, and capital allocation. Develop and implement strategies to optimize working capital and funding requirements. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings. Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with financial policies and procedures. Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities. Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the organization's financial interests. Conduct risk assessments, monitor risk exposures, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures. Investor Relations: Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders. Prepare financial reports and presentations for investor meetings and roadshows. Collaborate with the executive team to communicate the organization's financial performance and growth prospects. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to finance professionals. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Set performance expectations and promote professional development.

Job Requirement: Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, CFA) or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA) are advantageous. Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Finance Director, or a similar senior leadership role, preferably in a consulting or management capacity. Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities. Demonstrated success in developing and executing financial strategies. Proficiency in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements. Familiarity with financial risk management and capital management practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in investor relations and external stakeholder management. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
