Job Requirement: Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, CFA) or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA) are advantageous. Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Finance Director, or a similar senior leadership role, preferably in a consulting or management capacity. Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities. Demonstrated success in developing and executing financial strategies. Proficiency in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements. Familiarity with financial risk management and capital management practices.
