Job Description: The Human Resources Manager position in Abu Dhabi, UAE, within the Business, Consulting, and Management industry, offers an exciting opportunity for experienced HR professionals to lead and oversee human resources functions, develop talent strategies, and drive organizational effectiveness. As a Human Resources Manager, you will work closely with clients to attract, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Collaborate with clients to identify workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and select qualified candidates. Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and onboard new hires. Build relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems and processes. Set performance goals and expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback and coaching. Identify and address performance gaps and develop strategies for employee development. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations and create a healthy work environment. Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Training and Development: Identify training and development needs and create learning initiatives. Coordinate and deliver training programs on topics such as leadership development, performance improvement, and employee engagement. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Compensation and Benefits: Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs. Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness. Manage payroll processes, benefits enrollment, and employee leave management. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. HR Policy and Compliance: Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies. Stay up to date with HR trends and best practices. Employee Engagement and Retention: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention. Develop and execute employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and employee communication strategies. Monitor employee satisfaction and implement strategies for improvement.

Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., Master's) or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are advantageous. Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations. Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
