Program Development: Design and implement educational programs and initiatives that address specific needs and goals of educational institutions. Evaluate existing programs and recommend improvements for increased student engagement and achievement. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with educational standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements. Conduct audits and reviews to assess institutional performance and compliance. Job Requirement: Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., Master's, PhD) in Education are advantageous. Proven experience as an Education Consultant, Academic Advisor, or similar role, preferably in an educational consulting or management capacity. Strong knowledge of educational principles, curriculum development, and instructional strategies. Familiarity with educational standards, accreditation processes, and regulatory requirements.
