Job Description: The Financial Manager position in Dubai, UAE, within the Business, Consulting, and Management industry, offers a rewarding opportunity for experienced finance professionals to oversee financial operations, provide strategic financial guidance, and drive financial performance. As a Financial Manager, you will work closely with clients to optimize financial resources, manage risks, and achieve financial objectives. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with clients to develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business goals. Conduct financial analysis, performance evaluation, and risk assessment to provide strategic insights and recommendations. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, adhering to local regulations and accounting standards. Prepare financial statements, management reports, and financial disclosures. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal control procedures. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial resources. Develop strategies for cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and risk management. Implement effective cash management processes to maximize liquidity and minimize financial risks. Financial Decision-Making: Provide financial guidance and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, and other business initiatives. Conduct financial modeling, scenario analysis, and feasibility studies. Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk. Develop risk mitigation strategies and internal control frameworks. Monitor compliance with risk management policies and procedures. Financial Operations: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury management. Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Implement and improve financial systems and processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Communicate financial performance, forecasts, and strategies to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with business goals.

Job Requirement: Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, CFA) or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are advantageous. Proven experience as a Financial Manager, Finance Director, or similar role, preferably in a consulting or corporate finance environment. Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and risk management. Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in financial software and systems. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
