Develop risk mitigation strategies and internal control frameworks. Monitor compliance with risk management policies and procedures. Financial Operations: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury management. Job Requirement: Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, CFA) or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are advantageous. Proven experience as a Financial Manager, Finance Director, or similar role, preferably in a consulting or corporate finance environment.
