Job Requirement: Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications are advantageous. Proven experience as a General Manager, Director, or similar leadership role, preferably in a consulting or management capacity. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
