Job Description: The General Manager position in Abu Dhabi, UAE, within the Business, Consulting, and Management industry, presents an exceptional opportunity for experienced professionals to provide strategic leadership, oversee operations, and drive business growth. As a General Manager, you will work closely with clients to set strategic direction, optimize performance, and ensure organizational success in a dynamic market. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with clients to define strategic objectives, business goals, and growth opportunities. Develop comprehensive strategic plans and initiatives aligned with market trends and industry best practices. Execute strategies to achieve organizational targets. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient and effective business processes. Monitor performance metrics, financial indicators, and operational KPIs. Identify areas for improvement, implement operational enhancements, and drive operational excellence. Financial Performance: Manage financial resources and drive financial performance. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial targets. Optimize revenue generation, cost control, and profitability. Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to maximize financial outcomes. Team Leadership: Build and lead high-performing teams. Recruit and develop talent, provide coaching and guidance, and foster a positive work culture. Set performance expectations, evaluate employee performance, and drive employee engagement and professional growth. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Conduct market analysis, assess industry trends, and stay informed about competitor activities. Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers to expand the client base and drive business growth. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Understand client needs and expectations, address concerns, and provide exceptional service. Seek opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding client relationships. Risk Management: Identify and manage risks to protect the organization's interests. Develop risk mitigation strategies, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain strong internal control processes. Address potential crises proactively and take necessary actions to minimize risk impact.

Job Requirement: Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications are advantageous. Proven experience as a General Manager, Director, or similar leadership role, preferably in a consulting or management capacity. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities. Demonstrated success in driving business growth, achieving financial targets, and managing operations. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management. Financial literacy and the ability to analyze financial statements and reports. Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
