Job Description: We are currently hiring Equipment Operators to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment and machinery used in construction and industrial projects. Your role will involve safely maneuvering and controlling the equipment to perform tasks such as excavation, material handling, and site preparation. Responsibilities: Operate heavy equipment, such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and cranes. Follow safety procedures and ensure equipment is used in a safe and efficient manner. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment. Conduct pre-start checks to ensure equipment is in good working condition. Collaborate with other team members to complete assigned tasks. Follow project plans and instructions to meet project requirements. Adhere to regulations and guidelines related to equipment operation and site safety. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors. Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of equipment when not in use.
Job Requirement: Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven experience as an Equipment Operator in the industrial machinery and heavy equipment industry. Valid UAE driving license and certification for operating specific equipment. Good knowledge of equipment operation techniques and safety protocols. Ability to read and understand equipment manuals and specifications. Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of operating heavy equipment. Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
