Job Description: We are currently seeking skilled Machinery Maintenance Workers to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Machinery Maintenance Worker, your primary responsibility will be to perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on industrial machinery and heavy equipment. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of machinery to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections to identify mechanical issues in machinery and equipment. Perform maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting components. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system malfunctions. Repair or replace faulty components and parts as needed. Follow maintenance schedules and document all maintenance and repair activities. Collaborate with other maintenance team members to address equipment-related issues. Adhere to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance machinery performance. Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.
Job Requirement: Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven experience as a Machinery Maintenance Worker or similar role. Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of industrial machinery and heavy equipment. Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Basic understanding of maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance tasks. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications and Certifications: Technical certification or diploma in mechanical or industrial engineering is preferred. Relevant certifications in machinery maintenance and repair are a plus.
