Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a key member of our organization specializing in industrial machinery and heavy equipment manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in the production and assembly of heavy machinery. Your expertise will contribute to the successful manufacturing process, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities: Manufacturing Planning: Collaborate with the engineering team to review designs, blueprints, and technical specifications for heavy machinery manufacturing. Develop comprehensive manufacturing plans, including resource allocation, timeline management, and production schedules. Machinery Assembly: Lead and supervise the assembly process, coordinating with a team of technicians and operators. Oversee the installation of components, systems, and sub-assemblies, ensuring accurate alignment and adherence to engineering standards. Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards throughout the manufacturing process. Conduct inspections, tests, and measurements to identify defects, malfunctions, or deviations. Recommend and implement corrective actions when necessary. Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction. Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and other methodologies to streamline operations and enhance overall performance. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and minimizing downtime. Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule regular inspections, calibration, and preventive maintenance tasks. Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations in the manufacturing facility. Conduct safety training sessions for the manufacturing team and enforce safety guidelines to create a secure working environment. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including manufacturing data, inspection reports, and quality assurance documentation. Generate regular reports on manufacturing performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in heavy machinery manufacturing, preferably in the industrial machinery and heavy equipment industry. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly techniques, and quality control standards. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse workforce. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
