Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Machinery & Heavy Equipment Painter to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Painter specializing in industrial machinery and heavy equipment, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to our products. Your expertise in surface preparation, paint application, and color matching will play a vital role in ensuring the aesthetic appeal and protection of our machinery. Responsibilities: Surface Preparation: Prepare machinery surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary. Remove rust, dirt, grease, and old paint to ensure a smooth and clean surface. Paint Application: Apply paint, coatings, and finishes to machinery using various techniques such as spray guns, brushes, or rollers. Ensure even coverage, smooth finishes, and accurate color matching. Coating Selection: Select the appropriate paints, primers, and coatings based on the machinery specifications, environmental factors, and desired finishes. Ensure compatibility and durability of coatings for long-lasting protection. Color Matching: Match paint colors to specifications, samples, or customer requests. Blend and mix paints to achieve the desired color and consistency. Maintain accurate records of color formulas and adjustments. Quality Control: Inspect painted surfaces for defects, imperfections, or inconsistencies. Perform touch-ups, repairs, or rework as necessary to meet quality standards. Conduct visual inspections and use measuring instruments to ensure adherence to specifications. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations when working with paints, solvents, and chemicals. Properly handle, store, and dispose of hazardous materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of paint usage, color formulas, and job details. Generate reports on painting activities, including productivity, material consumption, and any issues or challenges encountered.
Job Requirement: Requirements: Proven experience as an Industrial Machinery & Heavy Equipment Painter or in a similar role. Solid knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and coating application. Familiarity with different types of paints, primers, and coatings used in industrial settings. Ability to perform color matching and blending to achieve desired finishes. Proficiency in using paint equipment and tools, such as spray guns, brushes, and rollers. Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality finishes. Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in painting operations.
