Job Description: We are seeking experienced Industrial Machinery Mechanics to join our team. As an Industrial Machinery Mechanic, your primary responsibility will be to diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and heavy equipment used in manufacturing and production settings. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the machinery, minimizing downtime, and conducting regular preventive maintenance. Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections to identify and diagnose mechanical issues in industrial machinery and equipment. Perform repairs, adjustments, and replacements of faulty components or parts. Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to resolve machinery malfunctions. Follow maintenance schedules to conduct preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and calibration. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Document all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and work performed. Collaborate with the maintenance team and other departments to address equipment-related issues. Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends to enhance machinery performance and efficiency.
Job Requirement: Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven experience as an Industrial Machinery Mechanic or similar role. Strong mechanical and technical skills with a deep understanding of industrial machinery and heavy equipment. Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Knowledge of maintenance procedures and ability to perform preventive maintenance tasks. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety. Qualifications and Certifications: Technical certification or diploma in mechanical or industrial engineering is preferred. Relevant certifications in machinery maintenance and repair are a plus.
