Job Description:
The Access Control Technician in Quebec City is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electronic access control systems including card readers, biometric scanners, and keypad entry systems in commercial, residential, and industrial buildings. This role involves running cables, mounting hardware, configuring system software, and testing equipment to ensure secure and reliable access.
The technician works closely with security consultants, electricians, and facility managers to customize access solutions, troubleshoot malfunctions, and perform regular system maintenance. Ensuring compliance with local security regulations and safety standards is a key part of the job.

Job Requirement:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in electronic security or access control systems preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in access control installation or related electronics work.
