Stay updated with energy regulations, codes, and standards to ensure compliance and maximize energy savings. Collaborate with stakeholders, including facility managers, engineers, and finance teams, to promote energy conservation practices and gain support for energy management initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate energy performance, savings, and recommendations to management and stakeholders. Identify and evaluate potential renewable energy sources, such as solar or wind power, and assess their feasibility for implementation. Stay informed about emerging energy management technologies, industry best practices, and incentive programs to optimize energy performance.

Job Requirement: Education: A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in energy management or sustainability may be preferred. Experience: Relevant experience in energy management, energy conservation, or related areas, preferably in commercial, industrial, or institutional sectors, is essential. Candidates should have experience in conducting energy audits, analyzing energy data, and implementing energy-saving measures. Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of energy systems, energy efficiency technologies, and energy regulations is necessary. Candidates should be familiar with energy management software and tools for data analysis and reporting. Project Management: Excellent project management skills are required to plan, execute, and monitor energy management initiatives. Candidates should have experience in developing and implementing energy management plans, tracking energy consumption trends, and recommending corrective actions.
