Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Energy Sales Advisor to join our team in North York, Canada. As an Energy Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling energy products and services to residential and commercial customers. Your key responsibilities will include: Proactively prospecting and generating leads to identify potential customers. Conducting sales presentations and consultations to educate customers on energy products and services. Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their energy requirements. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities. Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements to secure new business. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate the installation and delivery of energy products and services. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and stay informed about industry developments. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.

Job Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus. Previous experience in energy sales or a similar role is preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and persuade customers. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales deals. Knowledge of energy products, services, and industry regulations is an asset. Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and customer satisfaction. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional departments. Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences is beneficial. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
