As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events, ensuring their successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide personalized event solutions. Manage event budgets, including cost estimation, financial tracking, and reporting. Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary resources. Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, audiovisual arrangements, and catering services. Oversee event operations on-site, ensuring smooth execution and timely problem-solving. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Evaluate event success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirement: Requirements: Proven experience as an Event Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality and tourism industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office. Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of Danish is a plus
