Job Description: The Event Setup Crew is responsible for preparing and organizing event spaces to ensure that everything is ready for a successful event. Duties include setting up tables, chairs, stages, and other equipment, arranging decorations, and ensuring that the venue is clean and organized. Crew members may also be required to assist with the teardown and cleanup after the event.
Job Requirement: Experience: Prior experience in event setup or a related field is preferred but not always required. Skills: Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of event equipment and setup procedures is beneficial. Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit and able to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the event schedule. Communication: Good communication skills for interacting with team members and event organizers.
