Job Requirement: Education: Culinary degree or equivalent formal pastry training. Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. Skills: Expertise in a wide range of pastry techniques and recipes. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Creativity and a passion for pastry arts. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish is a plus but not required. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a kitchen environment.
