Job Description:
We are currently seeking a qualified Building Systems Technician – Healthcare to support the operational excellence of our hospital facilities in Munich. In this essential role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems that are critical to hospital operations.
Your duties will include performing routine inspections, responding to maintenance calls, and ensuring that all building systems comply with healthcare safety and hygiene standards. This includes maintaining systems that control air quality, water supply, and electrical infrastructure in patient care areas, surgical suites, and laboratories.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary technical team to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted functionality of all vital systems. The role demands proactive maintenance planning, accurate record keeping, and timely reporting of system performance and potential risks.
