Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Phlebotomy Technician to join our team in Munich. In this vital role, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients for diagnostic testing, ensuring that all procedures are performed accurately and efficiently in compliance with medical guidelines and safety standards.
Your primary duties will include preparing patients for blood draws, explaining procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation, and selecting the appropriate equipment for each procedure. You will be responsible for drawing blood samples in a sterile and safe manner, labeling specimens accurately, and ensuring they are transported to the lab in a timely manner.
You will also assist in maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality, and providing a high level of customer service throughout the process. In addition to blood collection, you will be responsible for maintaining phlebotomy equipment and ensuring that supplies are stocked and available when needed.
