Patient Monitoring: Both roles require you to closely monitor patients' health conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team. This includes observing and documenting vital signs, symptoms, and overall well-being. Emotional Support: You will offer emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a compassionate and caring environment. This may involve engaging in conversations, listening attentively to their needs, and providing reassurance. Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication with patients, their families, and the healthcare team is crucial. Job Requirement: Qualifications: Education and Licensing: A valid nursing degree or certification is required to apply for the Nurse position.
