Your proficiency in 3D software, attention to detail, and artistic vision will contribute to the successful visualization and presentation of designs. Key Responsibilities: 3D Modeling: Create accurate and detailed 3D models of engineering and architectural designs using specialized software. Transform 2D drawings, plans, and sketches into three-dimensional digital representations. Texturing and Materials: Apply appropriate textures and materials to 3D models to achieve realistic and visually appealing results. Ensure accurate representation of materials, colors, and finishes. Lighting and Rendering: Set up lighting environments and render scenes to produce high-quality images and visualizations. Optimize rendering settings to achieve desired effects and image quality. Visualization and Presentation: Generate compelling 3D visualizations and renderings for presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. Communicate design concepts effectively through realistic and visually appealing images. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications. Collaborate on design iterations and incorporate feedback into 3D models and renderings. Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of 3D models and renderings. Review and refine models to meet project standards and client expectations. Project Management: Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work. Coordinate with project teams and adhere to project schedules and milestones. Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to 3D modeling and rendering software. Stay updated on the latest software updates and enhancements. Continuous Learning and Development: Keep abreast of industry trends, new techniques, and emerging technologies in 3D modeling and rendering. Explore innovative approaches to enhance the visual impact of designs. Portfolio and Documentation: Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of 3D modeling and rendering projects. Job Requirement: Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Graphics, or a related field. Proven experience in 3D modeling and rendering, preferably in the engineering or architectural industry. Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar tools. Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and texturing techniques. Knowledge of rendering software such as V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or similar platforms. Familiarity with CAD software and ability to interpret 2D drawings and plans. Strong artistic and aesthetic sense, with an eye for detail and composition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Time management and organizational skills. Portfolio showcasing previous 3D modeling and rendering work. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
