The TIG Welder in Florence is responsible for executing high-precision Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding to fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components used in agriculture and fisheries machinery. This role is essential for ensuring the structural integrity and performance of specialized equipment required in field operations and aquatic environments.
Key duties include reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, setting up welding equipment, and performing TIG welding on materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys. The welder must ensure accurate welds that meet stringent quality and safety standards. Pre-weld preparation such as cleaning and aligning metal parts, as well as post-weld inspections for defects and compliance, are critical components of the role.
The TIG Welder collaborates closely with fabrication, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to deliver parts and assemblies that meet production requirements. Maintaining welding tools, observing safety regulations, and documenting work progress are integral to daily operations.
Fluency in Italian is required to understand work instructions, safety protocols, and team communication. Candidates must be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
