To qualify for the position of Tire Repair Specialist in the Agriculture & Fisheries sector in Rome, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in tire repair and maintenance, preferably involving agricultural or heavy-duty vehicles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing tire issues, patching punctures, replacing tires, and performing wheel balancing and alignment. Familiarity with both tubeless and tube-type tires used in farming and fishing operations.
Tools & Equipment Knowledge: Ability to operate tire repair tools and machinery, including hydraulic jacks, tire changers, compressors, and balancing machines.
Physical Fitness: Capability to lift heavy tires, work in various weather conditions, and perform repairs in field locations as needed.
Driving License: Valid Italian driver’s license (Category B or higher) for on-site and mobile repair services.
