Job Description:
The Academic Dean in Salmiyah is responsible for the academic integrity, operational efficiency, and strategic development of the institution’s academic programs. They lead faculty recruitment, oversee curriculum development, manage academic budgets, and ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
The dean works closely with department heads, faculty, and administrative staff to support teaching, learning, and research initiatives.
Job Requirement:
Doctorate in Education or a related field.
10+ years of academic and leadership experience.
Strong background in curriculum oversight and faculty management.
Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
