An Academic Success Coach in Mahboula works with students to enhance their learning performance and academic achievement. Through personalized coaching sessions, the coach helps students set academic goals, build time management and study skills, overcome learning obstacles, and maintain motivation.
They also assist with academic planning, stress management, exam preparation, and use of campus resources. Coaches may work in high schools, universities, or private educational consultancies.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education, Psychology, or Academic Advising.
Coaching certification preferred.
2+ years of experience in academic support or educational coaching.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to guide and empower diverse learners.
