Job Description:
An Accessibility Coordinator in Qurain ensures that students with disabilities have equitable access to education. The coordinator develops and implements accommodation plans, liaises with faculty, ensures assistive technologies are available, and advocates for inclusive campus policies.
They assess individual needs through documentation, arrange for interpreters, note-takers, or adaptive testing environments, and conduct sensitivity training for staff and students.
Job Requirement:
Degree in Disability Studies, Education, or Social Work.
2–3 years in accessibility services or inclusive education.
Knowledge of assistive technologies and legal frameworks (e.g., ADA).
Empathy, advocacy, and excellent coordination skills.
Familiarity with universal design principles in education.
