Job Description:

The Asset Reliability Analyst in Qurain is responsible for analyzing data related to equipment performance, failures, and maintenance history to improve reliability and reduce downtime. This role combines engineering knowledge with statistical tools to perform root cause analysis, develop predictive maintenance strategies, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The analyst works alongside maintenance and operations teams to track asset health, identify failure patterns, and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) practices. Tasks include building reliability models, using CMMS systems, and preparing technical reports to inform asset lifecycle decisions.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering; 2–4 years in reliability or maintenance analysis; strong analytical skills and experience with CMMS, FMEA, and RCM; knowledge of reliability metrics such as MTBF, MTTR; proficiency in Excel, SQL, or reliability software; excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical findings clearly.
