Job Description:
The BIM Coordinator in AI Ahmadi manages the Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for construction projects. The role involves overseeing the integration of 3D modeling to streamline project design, construction, and operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate BIM processes across various stakeholders in construction projects.
Ensure that all project data is integrated into a single, accessible model.
Work with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure BIM standards are followed.
Provide training and support for team members on BIM software and workflows.
Conduct quality control checks on BIM data to ensure accuracy.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
4-6 years of experience in BIM coordination or management.
Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
Strong understanding of construction processes and data management.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
