Job Description:
The Building Designer in AI Ahmadi is responsible for the design and layout of buildings, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. This role involves creating plans for structures that are safe, efficient, and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities:
Design building layouts and structures based on client needs and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility.
Develop detailed construction documents and design specifications.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Review and revise design plans based on client feedback and site conditions.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
4-6 years of experience in building design or architectural planning.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit).
Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
