Job Description:
As a Clinical Pharmacist in Hawally, you will work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure the safe, effective, and economical use of medications. Responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions, optimizing drug therapy plans, monitoring patient responses, providing drug information, and participating in clinical rounds. You will also contribute to medication safety protocols, perform therapeutic drug monitoring, and assist in pharmacy-related research or audits.
Job Requirement:
A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree is required, along with licensure to practice pharmacy in Kuwait. At least 2–4 years of clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is essential. Candidates must have strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, drug interactions, and clinical guidelines. Excellent communication, analytical, and patient counseling skills are vital. Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical decision support tools is a plus.
