We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D CAD Designer to join our engineering and design team in Oman, Ibri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise and visually accurate 3D models, technical drawings, and detailed design plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software, primarily in mechanical, architectural, or structural domains.
Key responsibilities include interpreting conceptual designs and technical specifications to produce detailed 3D models and drawings, collaborating with engineers and project managers to revise and improve designs based on feedback, and ensuring all outputs meet project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory codes. The designer will also be responsible for maintaining drawing files, documentation, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
The successful candidate should have strong proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or Revit, along with a sound understanding of engineering principles and materials. Attention to detail, excellent visualization skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines are essential.
Prior experience in the construction, manufacturing, or oil & gas industries in the Gulf region is an advantage. A diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial design, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills are required for cross-functional collaboration.

To be considered for the role of 3D CAD Designer in Oman, Ibri, candidates must meet the following job requirements:
A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related technical field is essential. Candidates should have a minimum of 2–5 years of hands-on experience in 3D CAD design, preferably within the construction, manufacturing, or oil & gas industries.
Proficiency in CAD software tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Revit, or similar 3D modeling platforms is mandatory. Strong understanding of technical drawing standards, geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and engineering materials is required.
Applicants must be able to interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and specifications, and translate them into accurate 3D models. Familiarity with design codes and regulations applicable in Oman or the GCC region is an added advantage.
Excellent analytical and visualization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams are important. Good communication skills in English are required, and Arabic language skills are beneficial.
Experience with project documentation, version control, and meeting tight deadlines in fast-paced environments is highly desirable. A valid GCC work visa or eligibility to obtain one will be preferred.
