We are seeking a skilled and analytical Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Oman, Seeb. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating and improving our business systems, processes, and technology infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational goals. The analyst will act as a liaison between business units and IT departments, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into technical requirements.
Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data, documenting business requirements, conducting system evaluations, and proposing strategic solutions. The analyst will participate in the design, testing, and implementation of new systems or modifications, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, facilitating workshops, and providing training or support to end users.
The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with data modeling, system integration, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is required, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
