We are seeking a skilled and motivated Application Developer to join our dynamic IT team in Oman, Bahla. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications that meet business objectives and user needs. This role requires hands-on experience in application development across various platforms, including web, desktop, and mobile environments.
Key responsibilities include analyzing user requirements, writing efficient and reusable code, integrating third-party APIs, troubleshooting issues, and implementing updates and patches. The Application Developer will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, QA testers, and other developers to ensure seamless application performance and user experience.
A strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, .NET, or JavaScript is essential. Familiarity with databases like MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Spring Boot is preferred.
The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with 2–4 years of proven experience in application development. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are crucial.
