Job Description:

The AI Chat Assistant Designer in Doha is responsible for developing, designing, and optimizing AI-powered chat assistants to enhance customer engagement and support. This role involves crafting intelligent conversational flows that facilitate quick, accurate responses and improve customer satisfaction across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with AI developers, data scientists, and customer service teams to design chatbot behavior, training AI models with relevant datasets, testing conversational accuracy, and continuously refining dialogue effectiveness based on analytics and user feedback. The designer also ensures alignment with brand voice and customer service standards, while addressing user accessibility and inclusivity.

This position is critical for leveraging artificial intelligence technologies to automate and streamline customer interactions, delivering efficient and personalized support.

Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Linguistics, or related fields.

Experience: 3–5 years working with AI chatbots, natural language processing (NLP), or conversational AI design.

Skills:

Proficiency with AI chatbot platforms (e.g., IBM Watson, Microsoft Bot Framework).

Knowledge of NLP, machine learning fundamentals, and dialogue management.

Strong programming or scripting skills (Python, JavaScript preferred).

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Language: Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
