Job Description:
The Client Deployment Consultant in Dukhan is responsible for managing the end-to-end deployment of company solutions for new and existing clients. This role requires a deep understanding of client requirements, strong technical coordination, and the ability to ensure successful rollout, integration, and user adoption across diverse industries.
Key duties include assessing deployment readiness, creating tailored implementation plans, configuring systems to client specifications, and overseeing installation, testing, and go-live activities. The consultant collaborates closely with technical teams, account managers, and client stakeholders to align project goals and timelines. They are also responsible for troubleshooting technical or procedural issues during deployment and ensuring training and handoff are completed effectively.
This position is instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction, minimizing delays, and laying the groundwork for long-term client engagement and support.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Technology.
Experience: 3–5 years in solution deployment, technical consulting, or client onboarding—preferably in enterprise software or services.
Skills:
Strong project management and client-facing skills.
Technical knowledge of software/hardware integration and configuration.
Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
Familiarity with deployment and monitoring tools.
Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is beneficial.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-centric approach.
Certification in project or deployment methodologies (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is an advantage.
