Job Description:

The Avionics Engineer in Al Wakrah, Qatar, is responsible for the development, installation, testing, and maintenance of electronic systems used in aircraft and aerospace vehicles. These systems include navigation, communication, flight control, radar, surveillance, and instrumentation components. The engineer plays a vital role in ensuring that all avionics systems meet strict performance, safety, and regulatory standards set by civil and defense aviation authorities.

Core responsibilities include designing and integrating avionics components, troubleshooting faults in electrical systems, upgrading software and firmware, and verifying systems through simulations and live tests. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams, pilots, maintenance crews, and regulatory bodies to ensure airworthiness and compliance with industry standards.

The Avionics Engineer is also expected to document system designs, prepare certification documentation, and support lifecycle maintenance of avionics suites across various aircraft platforms, from drones to commercial airliners.
