Job Description:
The Childcare Provider is responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in a private household in Al Khor, Qatar. This role involves supervising daily activities, preparing meals and snacks, assisting with hygiene routines, organizing play and educational sessions, and accompanying children to and from school or extracurricular activities. The childcare provider may also assist with light housekeeping tasks related to the children, such as laundry and tidying up play areas or bedrooms.
Working closely with parents, the provider is expected to follow routines, implement discipline strategies aligned with family values, and promote positive emotional and social development. Patience, attentiveness, and nurturing care are essential, along with the ability to respond effectively to the needs of infants, toddlers, or school-aged children. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends or evenings, may be required depending on the family’s schedule.
