Job Description:
The Executive Household Personal Assistant (PA) in Al Gharrafa supports the daily operations of a private household by coordinating schedules, managing errands, and assisting with administrative and lifestyle tasks. This high-level domestic role acts as a liaison between the household staff and the employer, ensuring smooth communication, timely task completion, and exceptional service standards.
Key responsibilities include calendar management, booking appointments, organizing travel arrangements, coordinating home maintenance services, overseeing deliveries, and maintaining household records. The PA may also assist with personal shopping, event planning, guest hospitality, and other ad hoc requests from family members. A high degree of discretion, professionalism, and multitasking ability is essential.
Job Requirement:
Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or hospitality preferred.
Experience: 3+ years in a similar role within a private household or executive environment.
Skills:
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Proficiency in scheduling tools, communication platforms, and Microsoft Office.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling personal matters.
Flexibility, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
