Job Description:
The Private Family Assistant in Doha is a high-trust, multifaceted support role that ensures the smooth functioning of a private household and the personal affairs of family members. This assistant provides organizational, clerical, and lifestyle support, managing schedules, arranging appointments, handling personal errands, coordinating travel logistics, and assisting with household staff management. The role may also include preparing reports, handling petty cash, tracking expenses, and maintaining filing systems for household operations.
Responsibilities extend to managing vendor relationships, supervising domestic service providers (e.g., cleaners, gardeners, tutors), and coordinating household events or guests. The assistant must maintain strict confidentiality, exhibit professional discretion, and be responsive to the family’s dynamic needs. Flexibility to adjust to varying daily tasks is essential.
Job Requirement:
Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in administration, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in a similar private household or PA role.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and messaging platforms.
Ability to manage sensitive personal matters discreetly.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
