Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Detailing Specialist for our detailing center in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning, restoring, and finishing vehicles to enhance their appearance both inside and out. This is a specialized position requiring keen attention to detail and a passion for vehicle aesthetics.
Tasks include deep interior cleaning (leather conditioning, carpet shampooing, dashboard polishing), exterior polishing, waxing, paint decontamination, and applying protective coatings. You will work with advanced detailing tools and solutions while following company protocols to ensure consistency and quality.
You'll interact with customers occasionally, so professionalism and a customer-first attitude are essential. This is a role that rewards precision, discipline, and craftsmanship.
Job Requirement:
At least 1–2 years of experience in automotive detailing or similar roles is preferred. You should be familiar with different vehicle surfaces, cleaning products, and techniques like clay bar treatment, ceramic coatings, and polishing machines.
Physical endurance is necessary as the role involves kneeling, reaching, and extended standing. Attention to even the smallest imperfections is key. Reliability, organization, and the ability to manage multiple detailing tasks efficiently will set you apart.
