Job Description:
We are hiring a Building Operations Technician in Granada to manage technical systems and oversee facility performance. Responsibilities include HVAC checks, elevator monitoring, lighting control, and water system maintenance.
You’ll ensure all mechanical systems function correctly and respond to emergency breakdowns efficiently. You will also assist in energy-saving upgrades and building inspections.
Job Requirement:
A technical diploma in mechanical or electrical systems and 3 years of related experience are required. You must understand control panels, meters, and building codes.
Ability to read blueprints and use diagnostic tools is essential. Spanish language proficiency and work eligibility are mandatory.
