Job Description:
We are seeking a Building Maintenance Supervisor in Madrid to oversee building operations and upkeep for residential or commercial properties. You will supervise maintenance staff, plan and execute repair work, and ensure timely resolution of tenant maintenance requests.
Daily responsibilities include inspecting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components, coordinating third-party contractors, and prioritizing work based on urgency. You will maintain maintenance logs, budget records, and prepare monthly reports.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must have 3+ years in building maintenance and 1 year in supervision. You should have knowledge of systems maintenance, preventive maintenance planning, and facilities standards.
Leadership skills, clear communication, and emergency troubleshooting capacity are important. Physical ability for inspections, climbing, and lifting is required.
You must adapt to shift work, be responsive to urgent requests, and hold necessary trade certifications. A background check and Spanish legal work eligibility are essential.
