Job Description:

We are hiring a Building Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our commercial and residential facilities in Seville. You will perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, lobbies, and common areas. You’ll empty trash containers, replace liners, and ensure trash is properly disposed according to regulations.

Your work helps create a welcoming and hygienic environment for residents, employees, and visitors. You will inspect assigned areas for cleanliness, report repair needs, and perform occasional carpet cleaning or spot removal duties. Collaboration with maintenance and administrative staff ensures smooth operations.

This role is perfect for someone who values order and detail. You’ll work independently or as part of a team, often during evenings or weekends when spaces are less busy. Attention to safety standards, use of cleaning chemicals, and adherence to best practices are critical in this position.

Job Requirement:

We are seeking candidates with basic education and previous experience in janitorial or custodial services. You must know how to use cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and cleaning solutions safely and effectively.

Physical stamina is essential; you’ll stand for long periods, bend, lift objects up to fifteen kilograms, and climb stairs. Knowledge of cleaning safety guidelines, PPE use, and proper chemical handling is required. A detail-oriented approach is necessary to ensure high standards of cleanliness and identify maintenance issues.

Good time management skills are important, as tasks must be completed within scheduled hours. You’ll need to follow instructions, work with minimal supervision, and communicate effectively with supervisors. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

A clean background check and willingness to comply with health and safety training are mandatory. A valid ID and eligibility to work in Spain are also required.
