Job Description:
We are seeking a Long-Haul Truck Driver for cross-regional freight delivery services originating in Granada. This position involves driving across cities and countries to ensure timely and safe delivery of cargo. You will operate tractor-trailers over long distances and follow pre-scheduled routes and rest intervals.
Daily tasks include pre-trip inspections, managing cargo paperwork, route logging, and coordinating with dispatch. Safety compliance, load security, fuel efficiency, and timely delivery are key metrics of success. You will also ensure proper rest periods in compliance with driving time regulations and participate in vehicle maintenance checks.
Job Requirement:
We require candidates with a valid long-haul commercial driver’s license and at least 4 years of long-distance driving experience. You must be comfortable with extended hours, overnight stays, and strict delivery timelines. Knowledge of European road regulations and freight documentation is important.
A high school education is preferred. Spanish is required, and English or other language skills are beneficial for international routes. You should be detail-oriented, physically fit, and possess excellent time management. Experience with refrigerated cargo or hazardous loads is an advantage but not required.
