Job Description:

Job Requirement:
Degree in Fashion Design or Textile Design
Strong portfolio with clothing design and technical sketches
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and fashion CAD software
Knowledge of garment construction, draping, and fabric behavior
Ability to create tech packs and garment specifications
Up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and color theory
Familiarity with sustainable design principles
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with sample development and garment fittings
Understanding of the fashion production cycle
Knowledge of textile sourcing and manufacturing processes
Attention to detail and strong visual sense
Team collaboration skills with merchandising and marketing departments
Time management to meet seasonal collection deadlines
Awareness of Zurich’s style preferences and market dynamics
Problem-solving skills during prototype adjustments
Passion for creativity and innovation in apparel design
Experience with both men's and women's wear preferred
Multilingual ability is a plus; English and German required
