Job Description:
An Artwork Coordinator in Bern supports the development, review, and delivery of artwork assets across various formats and platforms. This role involves overseeing the artwork approval process for packaging, marketing materials, product labels, and promotional content. Job Requirement:
Experience in artwork coordination, production, or print management
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Acrobat
Strong organizational and project tracking skills
Understanding of artwork approval workflows and regulatory compliance
Ability to manage timelines, revisions, and version control
Knowledge of prepress requirements, print formats, and file types
Attention to detail in proofreading and artwork verification
Capable of managing multiple concurrent projects efficiently
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Experience working with vendors, printers, and marketing teams
Familiarity with artwork or asset management software (e.g., Esko, WebCenter)
Understanding of Bern’s multilingual and international production standards
Ability to read and interpret technical artwork briefs and style guides
Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related discipline preferred

Knowledge of packaging, labeling, or pharmaceutical artwork is a plus
Fluency in German and English; French is an advantage
