Job Description:
The Site Safety Officer in Izmir is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing health and safety regulations on construction sites. This role ensures that all site operations adhere to national safety standards and company policies to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment.
Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, implementing safety protocols, organizing training sessions, inspecting site conditions, investigating incidents, and maintaining detailed safety records. The officer works with site supervisors, workers, and management to promote a proactive safety culture.
Job Requirement:
Certification in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in construction safety management.
Comprehensive knowledge of Turkish health and safety regulations.
Strong communication skills and ability to conduct safety training.
Analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation
