Job Description:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Al Ain provides essential support to nursing staff in delivering direct patient care. The CNA assists with daily living activities, monitors vital signs, supports mobility, and ensures patient comfort in hospitals, clinics, or long-term care facilities.
Key responsibilities include helping patients with bathing, grooming, feeding, repositioning, and toileting. CNAs also take vital signs, report patient changes to nurses, and maintain accurate records. They ensure a clean and safe patient environment and may assist during procedures under supervision.
This role requires compassion, attention to detail, and physical endurance. CNAs must be able to interact empathetically with patients and follow infection control protocols closely. Teamwork and reliability are crucial in this fast-paced healthcare setting.
Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are typically required.
