Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Crop Farm Workers to join our agricultural team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will assist in all aspects of crop production, including planting, cultivating, irrigating, and harvesting a variety of crops. Responsibilities include preparing fields, operating basic farm machinery and tools, applying fertilizers and pesticides under supervision, and ensuring proper irrigation and maintenance of crop health.
Workers are expected to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and follow safety protocols to protect themselves and the crops. Physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions are essential. Experience in crop farming is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided.
Key duties also include sorting, packing, and loading produce for distribution, maintaining cleanliness of work areas, and supporting farm supervisors in day-to-day tasks. Teamwork, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are highly valued.
